During the program of the working visit, the President of Kazakhstan
visited the chemical complex of Kazazot Company and took part in laying
of the capsule in the base of construction of the new
ammoniac-carbamide factory with the capacity of 1360 thousand tons of
ammonia and 1700 thousand tons of carbamide a year. The project is
intended for 7 years with total amount of investments $1.5 billion.
The leader of the state visited new metallurgical factory Caspian Steel where N. Nazarbayev took part in start of the arc furnace at metallurgical manufacture.
N. Nazarbayev took part in the ceremony of laying of the capsule on the site of nine factories on the territory of the special economic zone Seaport Aktau and the transport-logistical center.
For the first time in history of Kazakhstan the capsule was laid not only in the base of one industrial enterprise, but the whole industrial city. Total sum of investments into these projects will make nearly $2 billion.
"Our ambitions consist in creating 30 corporate leaders in the economy of Kazakhstan, which will lead the country to realization of the industrial program. Thus, we wish to create the alternative economy independent from mineral resources," N. Nazarbayev said.
