“Joint Stock Company “Uraltechnostroy-Tuimazykhimmash”, which is situated in Tuimazy of Republic Bashkortostan, is a unique manufacturer of equipment for different branches of industry. Today a multiple-discipline, developing factory produces a great number of equipments for gas-and-oil producing industry, for oil-refining industry, for petrochemical industry, for metallurgy industry and for other branches of industry. Distinctive feature of this factory is that it produces different kinds of equipments for a customer taking into account client’s specificity. The system of quality management in accordance with international standard ISO 9001:2000 acts at JSC “Uraltechnostroy-Tuimazykhimmash”. The system of quality management is certified by firm “TUV CERT” (Germany). Since 2002 year JSC “Uraltechnostroy-Tuimazykhimmash” has been a part of Limited Liability Company “Corporation Uraltechnostroy”, which gives total complex of services of oil-producing organizations and refineries, in particular designing, producing, mounting of equipment and after-sales service. Today the factory has all of the equipment and technology, which is necessary for manufacture of thick-walled vessels, air-cooling apparatuses with finned bimetallic tubes, capacitive, column and heat exchanging devices and for heat treatment of large-sized equipments. JSC “Uraltechnostroy-Tuimazykhimmash” cooperates with research institutes for new product development to extend range of goods and render services to factories of different branches. JSC “Uraltechnostroy-Tuimazykhimmash” is dealing with products advancement to foreign countries – Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Byelorussia, Iran, Iraq. Production of column devices and contact devices for them (plates, Pall’s and Rashig’s rings), heat exchanging and capacitive equipments, different types of separators: gas separators, oil and gas separators, oil and gas separators with water overflow, air collectors, receivers, water and oil tanks, kilns for oil-heating, drying equipments, flare devices, filters of SDZh and FG types, lens compensators and expansion glands, vessels for propane and butane, air-cooling apparatuses, sewage disposal plant equipment (sludge scrapers, silt suckers), equipments for metallurgy industry (coolers for primary cooling of coke-oven gas, lighting devices, aerators, reheaters, evaporators, gas heaters), equipments on individual technical designs of customers.
